About the event
The Metta Center of St. Petersburg is a community classroom and wellness space for seekers, scholars, artists, students, teachers, mystics, philosophers, activists, and advocates. It features three unique teaching and treatment rooms for meetings, performances, workshops, trainings, retreats, consultations, or healing sessions.
“Metta” means “loving-kindness” in Pali, the sacred language of Buddhism.
In ship-building, the “meta-center” ensures stability by being above the center of gravity. The Metta Center helps us find balance as we navigate the Kosmos, with love guiding us from where we are to where we need to be.
