Honor the New Moon & Winter Solstice with a grounding evening designed to open your creative channels and help you step into 2026 with clarity and intention. Flow Into Vision blends movement, mindfulness, sound healing, and ritual to guide you into deeper alignment.

We’ll begin with a VinYin flow to move stagnant energy, settle the body, and ease into nourishing Yin postures. A sound bath integration will follow, helping you shift into a relaxed, intuitive state. Once grounded and open, you’ll create your own mini vision board as a way to tap into what you’re calling in for the year ahead.

We’ll close with a Solstice intention ritual to seal your vision and honor this powerful seasonal turning point.
